Interrogation and psychological aspects of interrogation

Abstract:

Tato práce na téma Výslech a jeho psychologické aspekty je zaměřena především na psychologii výslechu, avšak součástí této práce je i seznámení se s historií výslechu, jeho definicí, a to z pohledu trestně právního nebo kriminalistického, dále pak samotnou přípravou a správným postupem vedení výslechu. Nejobšírnější kapitolou této bakalářské práce je kapitola Psychologie výslechu, přičemž je psána zejména z pohledu forenzní psychologie. Jsou zde nastíněny možné typy pachatelů trestných činů, jejich motivace, a způsoby jednání s nimi. Další častí této kapitoly je Psychologie oběti trestného činu, součástí této podkapitoly je i mimo jiné problém předstírané viktimizace. V závěru této kapitoly je i lehce nastíněno, s jakými interpersonálními percepcemi se můžeme, jakožto vyslýchající, setkat při vedení výslechu.

Abstract:

This work on topic of Interrogation and its psychological aspects is primarily focused on the psychology of interrogation, but a part of this work is also familiarization with the history of interrogation, its definition, namely from the point of view of penal law or criminalistic, and then familiarization with its preparation itself and the correct procedure of administrating of interrogation. The most extensive chapter of this bachelor thesis is the chapter of Psychology of interrogation, which is written mainly from the point of view of Forensic psychology. There are outlined the possible types of crime offenders, their motivation and way of dealing with them. The next part of this chapter is Psychology of the victim of criminal offence, part of this subchapter is also a problem of pretended victimization. At the end of this chapter is also outlined with which interpersonal perception could we meet up as an interrogating person.
