Thin polymeric films prepared by pulsed laser deposition
Abstract:
Pulzní laserová depozice je relativně nový postup pro přípravu tenkých vrstev rozličných materiálů ? anorganických, organických i polymerních. Příprava vrstev polymerů tímto postupem je ovšem svázána s nevyhnutelně velmi citlivou volbou depozičních podmínek, jelikož tyto látky jsou náchylné ke změně struktury způsobené vysokými energiemi fotonů laserového záření. Abstract:
Pulsed laser deposition is a relatively new technique for the fabrication of thin films of different materials ? inorganic, organic or polymeric. Use of lasers for polymeric thin films growth requires precise choices of deposition conditions because of their sensitivity to structure changes caused by high photon energy of laser radiation. This thesis summarizes published results in this field.
