Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřila na problematiku náboru a motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Zlatý anděl s.r.o., která provozuje hotel v Českém Krumlově. Pandemie COVID-19 zasáhla celosvětovou ekonomiku. Tato skutečnost měla a stále má ohromný dopad mimo jiné i na oblast cestovního ruchu v podobě výrazného omezení cestování a služeb. Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu systému náboru a motivace zaměstnanců vybraného podniku za pomoci stanovených výzkumných otázek. Sběr dat probíhal v rámci dotazníkového šetření a analýzy vnitropodnikových dokumentů. Data byla vyhodnocena pomocí kvantitativní analýzy. Z výzkumného šetření bylo zjištěno, že systém náboru a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti obsahuje nedostatky především v podobě nekorektně uváděných informací v rámci výběrového řízení a nedostatečného využití možností náborového procesu, chybně nastaveného adaptačního systému a absence nefinančních nástrojů motivace. Na základě těchto zjištěných nedostatků bylo navrženo opatření, které tento systém může zefektivnit i s přihlédnutím na aktuální situaci způsobenou pandemií COVID-19.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of employee recruitment and motivation in the company Zlatý anděl Ltd., which runs a hotel in Czech Krumlov. The COVID-19 pandemic has severely affected the global economy. Besides, it had and still has a huge impact on tourism, which is resulted in significant reductions in travelling and services. The aim of the work is to analyze the system of the employee recruitment and motivation in the chosen company with the help of the established research questions. Data collection was made within the questionnaire survey and analysis of internal company documents. The received data were evaluated by quantitative analysis. It was found out that the system of recruitment and employees´ motivation in the given company has some shortcomings, such as incorrectly presented information within the selection procedure and insufficient use of the possibilities of the recruitment process, incorrect adjustment of the adaptation system and lack of non-financial motivation tools. Based on those identified shortcomings, it was proposed to take measures that can make this system more efficient, even taken into account the current situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
