Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá fluktuací pracovníků v automobilové nákladní dopravě a možnostmi, jak ji snížit. První část se věnuje teoretickému vymezení fluktuace v obecném kontextu. Druhá část se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu fluktuace z pohledu řidičů. The thesis deals with employee turnover in automotive freight transportation and ways to reduce it. The first part focuses on the theoretical definition of turnover in a general context. The second part analyzes the current state of turnover from the perspective of drivers.
