Antibiotic resistance genes in poultry meat
Abstract:
Potraviny živočišného původu, včetně drůbežího masa, mohou být rezervoáry rezistentních bakterií a přispívat k jejich šíření prostřednictvím potravinového řetězce. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo sledovat výskyt genů kódujících rezistenci vůči amfenikolovým, betalaktamovým, makrolidovým, polypeptidovým, sulfonamidovým a tetracyklinovým antibiotikům v drůbežím mase.
Abstract:
Foods of animal origin, including poultry meat, can serve as reservoirs of resistant bacteria and contribute to their spread through the food chain. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to monitor the occurrence of genes encoding resistance to amphenicols, betalactams, macrolides, polypeptides, sulfonamides, and tetracyclines antibiotics in poultry meat.
