V rámci práce jsou prezentovány vybrané modely analýzy obalu dat, jakožto nástroje měření efektivnosti produkčních jednotek. This paper examines the selected Data Envelpment Analysis (DEA) models as a tool used for benchmarking performance of Decision Making Units (DMU). Selected two-stage DEA model will be used to measure the performance of online market funnels of the bank branches.
