Stěžejním tématem diplomové práce je agresivita, šikana, její projevy a popis obětí a agresorů. Definuje a popisuje pojmy a vzájemně je propojuje a upřesňuje souvislosti mezi nimi. Tato část práce čerpá z literatury a vychází z teoretických poznatků a informací.
