Diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozšířené kompetence u všeobecných sester pracujících na geriatrickém oddělení. Práce se skládá z teoretické a empirické části. The diploma thesis is focused on extended competencies of general nurses within the geriatric unit. the work consists of theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the profession of general nurse and the current situation of nurses in the czech republic and in selected countries abroad. also, the profession of nurse in geriatrics is easily outlined here.
