Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou financování podniku, zejména pomocí emise nových cenných papírů na kapitálovém trhu. Tento způsob financování, který je běžný v zemích s vyspělou tržní ekonomikou, umožňuje akciovým společnostem získat dlouhodobé finanční zdroje potřebné pro jejich růst a investice. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of financing the company, in particular through the issue of new securities on the capital market. This method of financing, which is common in countries with developed market economies, allows joint stock companies to obtain long-term financial resources needed for their growth and investment.
