Assessment of the influence of electrification of the railway line Klatovy-Železná Ruda on travel time and energy consumption

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním vybraných vlakových souprav z hlediska jejich spotřeby energie a jízdních dob na trati Klatovy - Železná Ruda a posuzuje vliv elektrifikace této trati. Práce obsahuje popis vyšetřovaného úseku trati. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé vybrané vlakové soupravy z hlediska jejich trakčních parametrů. Je zvolena vhodná numerická metoda pro řešení jízdy vlaku, tedy řešení pohybové rovnice vlaku. Jsou vypočteny hodnoty měrných spotřeb energií a jízdních dob vybraných souprav při jízdě po dané trati. Tyto hodnoty jsou porovnány a s jejich pomocí je určen vliv elektrifikace trati.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with comparison of selected trainsets in terms their energy consumption and travel time on the railway line Klatovy - Železná Ruda and assesses the impact of the electrification of the railway line. The work contains description of investigated section of the railway line. There are described individual selected trainsets in terms their traction parameters. There is chosen suitable numerical method for solving ride of train thus solving the motion equation of train. There are calculated values of specific energy consumption and travel time of selected trainsets driven on the railway line. These values are compared and the impact of the electrification of the railway line is determined with their assistance.
