Tématem této diplomové práce je odpovědnost za škodu způsobenou okolnostmi, které mají původ v povaze přístroje nebo jiné věci, jichž bylo při plnění závazku použito, v oblasti zdravotnictví. Abstract:
The main subject of this thesis is a liability for damage caused by circumstances originating in the nature of a tool or other thing used in performing of an obligation in health services. The main goal is a general characterization of this issue with emphasis on especially problematical aspects and comparison with enactment in new civil code and with foreign legal regulations.
