Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá volebním systémem v komunálních volbách v České republice. Cílem textu je popsat stávající volební systém, jeho vývoj v čase a na konkrétním příkladu ukázat rozdělení mandátů – mezi strany i mezi kandidáty a tím ukázat, jak se z hlasu voliče stává mandát zastupitele. This thesis deals with the electoral system in municipal elections in the Czech Republic. The aim of this text is to describe the current electoral system, its changes through time and in a concrete example to show the distribution of seats – among parties and also among candidates.
