A proposal of technical support for eBrana Ltd. with Web 2.0 components unit

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je prostudovat problematiku technické podpory, jejíž význam se v současné době prudce zvyšuje. Zároveň nejdůležitějším úkolem je na základě osobních zkušeností navrhnout možnosti jejího zlepšení. V úvodu práce je popsán vznik a vývoj technické podpory. Rovněž jsou vysvětleny související pojmy. Definovány jsou všechny složky technické podpory, u nichž je přesně vymezen význam. Nosnou sférou užití webu 2.0 je v této práci obchodní oblast. V dalších částech práce je zveřejněna analýza současného stavu technické podpory. Jako podklady pro tuto analýzu slouží interní materiály firmy eBRÁNA, kde autorka pracuje. Mohla proto v diplomové práci přispět i osobními zkušenosti z jednání se zástupci firem, které využívají služeb firmy eBRÁNA. Zmíněná společnost působí již několikátým rokem v segmentu trhu nazývaném internetové řešení a poskytla východiska pro praktickou část této diplomové práce. Závěrem je provedena analýza technické podpory firmy eBRÁNA, která prokazuje její hluboký význam. Výstupem analýzy je detekce silných a slabých stránek tohoto prvku. Právě slabé stránky ukazují cestu, kterou se může společnost eBRÁNA vydat, aby svou technickou podporu maximálně zlepšila. Motivem této práce je přesvědčení, že klíčem k úspěšnému webu je web 2.0.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma degrese thesis is read up the problematics of a technical support. Now its importace is increasing. The most important aim of this thesis is a creation of proposal which should improve the technical support. I will also use the personal experiences. In the first part, there is a description of the origin and development of this unit. There are also explained all the terms which are connected with the technical support. I defined all components of that which have strictly specified the meaning. My special interest is in the commercial sphere. The others parts are focused on various problematics of the technical support. In the end of this thesis is an analysis of the technical support of eBRÁNA company which give us the proof of its great sense. I use the internal documents of eBRÁNA for this analysis. I have the access to this documents because I have been working here. That’s also the reason for a lot of personal experiences in my thesis. I use the interview with the customers who have been using the services of eBRÁNA. This company figure on the segment of the market which is called internet’s solution for a long time and it gave me the resources for a practical part of my diploma thesis. The out put of this analyse is a detection of strong and weak points of the technical support in eBrána. The weak points show this company the way how to develope its technical support. The main theme of this diploma thesis is my persuasion that the key to successful web is web 2.0.
