Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím informací manažerského účetnictví v odpovědnostním řízení. V první části jsou vymezeny předpoklady pro účinné fungování odpovědnostního řízení (organizační struktura, míra (de)centralizace, ekonomická struktura) a hodnotové nástroje uplatňované při řízení odpovědnostních středisek.
