Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena především na komplikace při léčbě diabetu mellitu II. typu. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií slinivky břišní, která je důležitou součástí diabetu mellitu. Dále následuje historie, diagnostika a jednoduchý popis jednotlivých komplikací, které se dělí na akutní, chronické, specifické a nespecifické. Důležitá je i prevence a léčba. The Bachelor thesis focuses mainly on the complications in the treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2. The theoretical part concentrates on the anatomy and physiology of the pancreas, which plays an important part in diabetes mellitus.
