Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce na téma koordinovaná rehabilitace pro klienty po polytrauma se zabývá vymezením pojmu polytrauma, jeho příčinami a vlastnostmi z orgánového pohledu, a také nejčastějšími urgentními stavy, které jsou typické pro danou problematiku polytrauma. Dále tato práce obsahuje poznatky z intenzivní a dlouhodobé péče, které se vztahují opět k polytrauma. Součástí práce je také multidisciplinární týmové posouzení, které je dále rozvedeno v rámci výzkumné části této diplomové práce. Diplomová práce, se také zabývá koordinovanou rehabilitací, kde jsou vymezeny její jednotlivé prostředky, díky kterým se klient po polytrauma dokáže zařadit zpátky do svého běžného života. Celá teoretická práce je doplněna o názory stabilního multidisciplinárního týmu, který působí na půdě Rehabilitačního ústavu Hrabyně.

Abstract:

This thesis on the topic of coordinated rehabilitation for clients after polytrauma, deals with a determination of polytrauma, its causes and characteristics of the organ of view, and also the most common urgent problems that are typical for the problems of polytrauma. The work also includes are findings from an intensive and long-term care, which relate also polytrauma.The work also includes a multidisciplinary team assessment, which is further elaborated in the framework of the research part of this thesis. Thesis, is also focused in a coordinated rehabilitation, and her various means through which the client after polytrauma can put back into your normal life.The whole theoretical work is complemented by the views of a stable multidisciplinary team that works on land Rehabilitation Institute Hrabyně.
