Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá manipulací v komunikaci ve firemním prostředí. Cílem práce je prošetřit a zhodnotit výskyt manipulativního chování ve společnosti New Remys s.r.o. a zjistit, jaké mají její zaměstnanci povědomí o účinné prevenci a možnostech řešení manipulace. Dále z dotazníkového šetření navrhnout opatření, kterými lze předcházet manipulaci v komunikaci na pracovišti. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy, které s tématem souvisí. V praktické části jsou interpretovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, na jejichž základě jsou dále navrhnuta doporučení pro společnost.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with manipulation in communication in a company environment. The aim of the thesis is to investigate and evaluate the occurrence of manipulative behaviour in New Remys s.r.o. and to find out what awareness its employees have of effective prevention and options for dealing with manipulation. Furthermore, from the questionnaire survey, to suggest measures that can be taken to prevent manipulation in workplace communication. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic concepts related to the topic. In the practical part, the results of the questionnaire survey are interpreted, based on which further recommendations for the company are proposed.
