Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na otázku přítomnosti genderu na Domově mládeže. Popisuje jednotlivé roviny, ve kterých se gender vyskytuje a nastiňuje rozdíly mezi chlapci a dívkami ve výchovném procesu. Předmětem výzkumné části je hledání odpovědi na otázky týkající se zejména vlivu genderu v oblasti fyzického prostoru, formální a neformální komunikace, osobní identity dívek a chlapců a logiky a principů na Domově mládeže

Abstract:

This dissertation is focused on the issue of gender in the dormitory. It describes the various levels where the gender differences appear and it outlines the difference between males and females in the education process. This research is seeking the answer to questions, chiefly concerning the influence of gender in the physical environme, formal and informal communication, the personal identity of males and females and the logic and principles of the dormitory
