Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá problematickými aspekty institutu oddlužení. V první, obecné části, práce popisuje různé historické přístupy k dlužníkům, a tedy charakterizuje vývoj vztahu věřitel-dlužník vzhledem k odpouštění dluhů. This thesis deals with the problematic aspects of the institute of discharge of debts. In the first general part, thesis describes the different historical approaches to the borrowers and characterizes the development of dichotomy creditor-debtor in relation to debt relief.
