Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá posouzením bezpečnostních rizik na příkladu vybraného regionu a vybrané hrozbě. Práce pracuje s dostupnými odbornými zdroji a daty získanými od veřejných institucí. Teoretická část práce řeší možnosti managementu rizik na regionální úrovni a popisuje bezpečnostní systém regionu, stejně tak jako vybranou hrozbu a její dopady na lidskou společnost. This thesis assesses security risk on the example of a selected region and selected threats. The thesis works with available expert sources and data obtained from public institutions. The theoretical part of the thesis addresses the possibilities of risk management at the regional level and describes the security system of the region, as well as the selected threat and its social impacts.
