Problem of Vulvovaginal infection by woman in reproductive age

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit výskyt dyskomfortu v genitální oblasti u žen, odhalit faktory a situace, které nejčastěji přispívají k samotnému vzniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a fyziologie vnějších pohlavních orgánů, podrobněji je pojednáno o obranných mechanismech a imunitním systému, který brání vstupu infekce do organismu, druhy infekcí, jejich léčba a faktory, které přispívají ke vzniku infekce a naopak faktory, které posilují zdraví a slouží jako prevence před infekcí. V praktické části zkoumám podle daných hypotéz, jak často ženy potíže mívají, jaké příznaky pociťují, co považují za důvody vzniku potíží, jak přistupují k léčbě a k prevenci. Výsledky této práce by měly sloužit jednak ke zmapování výskytu potíží u žen a zároveň jako informativní materiál pro ženy, u kterých se potíže objevují.

Abstract:

This batchelor thesis aimts to investigate the presence discomfort in genital area by women, reveal factors and situations, which most often occure. My work is devided in theory and practical part. The theoretical part describes anatomy and physiology of the outer generatives and in detail the defence mechanism and immune system, vhich defends infectiousness of the organism, kind of infections and their treatment and factors of infection rising and other way round factors which are health promoting and infection prevention. In the practical part I inquire into how oft the difficulties by women occure, using caught hypotheses, which symptoms they feel, what do they find as the problem reasons and how they tackle the treatment and prevention. The results of this work should serve on one side to chart the occurence of difficulty ebeny on the other hand as information material for women.
