Abstract:

Absolventská práce nese název „Paliativní péče včetně péče hospicové“. Poznávacím cílem mé práce je zkompletování a provázání informací o dané problematice ve vztahu k sociální práci a zjistit, zda konference byla přínosem pro studenty a studentky sociálního oboru. Jedná se o sociální projekt, jehož výstupem je konference. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá do hloubky paliativní péčí, hospicovou péčí, fenoménem umírání, truchlením, doprovázením, mýty, a jakou má roli sociální pracovník. První kapitola přibližuje problematiku paliativní péče. Druhá kapitola se zabývá hospicovou péčí. Obsahuje definici hospicové péči, historii hospice, jaké jsou formy, a které hospice jsou poblíž Brna. Třetí kapitola pojednává o fenoménech umírání a všechny fáze, kterými si lidé procházejí. Čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o truchlení, na co navazuje pátá kapitola doprovázení. Šestá kapitola se zaměřuje na různé mýty vůči tomuto tématu. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje, jakou roli má sociální pracovník. Na začátku praktické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy konference, tisková konference a vědecká konference. Další kapitoly praktické části popisují průběh konference a kroky, které byly provedeny, aby mohla vzniknout konference. V přípravné fázi jsou definovány cíle a cílové skupiny projektu. Dále je seznámení s harmonogramem, materiálním a technickým zabezpečením, finančním zamyšlením. Posledním bodem je propagace projektu. V realizační fázi si čtenáři mohou přečíst průběh konference, kde jsou zpracovány zpětné vazby od posluchačů.

Abstract:

Graduate thesis is called “Palliative care including hospice care”. The main aim of this work is to complete and intertwine information about the problem in relation to social work and find out, whether conference was beneficial for students from social work course. This thesis is social project, the output of which is a conference. The work is divided into two main parts. Theoretical and practical part.Theoretical part focuses more into details about palliative care, hospice care, the phenomenon of dying, mourning, accompaniment, myths and about roles of social workers.The first chapter approaches the issue of palliative care while the second chapter deals with hospice care which contains definition of hospice care, history, what kind of forms exist, and which hospices reside near Brno. Third chapter discusses about phenomenon of dying and all the stages that people go through. The fourth chapter deals with mourning, which is followed by the fifth chapter of the accompaniment. The sixth chapter focuses on myths surrounding palliative care and hospice care. The final chapter of theoretical part focuses on the role of social work.At the beginning of the practical part, the terms conference, press conference and scientific conference are explained. The next chapters of the practical part describe the course of the conference and the steps that have been taken to create a conference.In the preparatory phase, while the goals and target groups of the project are defined it is also acquainted with the schedule, material and technical support, and financial thinking. The last point is the promotion of the project. In the implementation phase, readers can learn the course of the conference, where the feedback from the listeners is processed.
