Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na činnost operátorů zdravotnického operačního střediska, kteří se do určité míry zapojují do péče o polytraumatizované pacienty. V této práce jde konkrétně o pacienty označené jako triage pozitivní. V teoretické části je popsána samotná triage pozitivita, mechanismy úrazu a práce operátorů na zdravotnickém operačním středisku. Abstract:
The Bachelor's thesis is focused on dispatchers' work at emergency dispatch centres who are partially involved in the care for polytrauma patients. The thesis deals with triage positive patients particularly. In the theoretical part, the triage positivity itself, mechanisms of injuries and dispatchers' work at an emergency dispatch centre are described.
