Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu vývoje území, které není zapojené do komunitně vedeného rozvoje. Úvod práce poskytuje přehled pojmů souvisejících s rozvojem venkova a místními akčními skupinami (MAS). Důraz je kladen na rozdílné přístupy k podpoře MAS v jednotlivých programových obdobích. The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the development of the territory that is not involved in community-led development. The introduction provides an overview of the concepts related to rural development and the Local Action Groups (LAGs).
