Cost calculations in a construction company with a focus on purchasing activities

Abstract:

Tomečková Zuzana. Nákladové kalkulace ve stavební firmě se zaměřením na oblast nákupní činnosti. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2024. Bakalářská práce se zabývá nákladovými kalkulacemi stavební firmy Petr Komínek. Cílem této práce je na základě analýzy nákladů a stávajícího systému nákladových kalkulací stavební firmy navrhnout zlepšení v této oblasti. V teoretické části práce jsou rozebrány základní pojmy, jimiž jsou náklady, jejich pojetí a klasifikace, nákladové kalkulace, kalkulační systémy, metody kalkulace a kalkulační vzorce. Tyto pojmy jsou následně využity v praktické části práce, v níž je popsána stavební firma a stávající nákladové kalkulace. Dále je provedena analýza přímých a nepřímých nákladů a jsou navrženy možnosti snížení přímých nákladů a úpravy systému nákladových kalkulací. V závěru práce je provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení navrženého systému kalkulací nákladů.

Tomečková Zuzana. Cost calculations in a construction company with a focus on purchasing activities. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2024. The bachelor's thesis deals with the cost calculations of the Petr Komínek construction company. The aim of this work is to propose improvements in this area based on cost analysis and the existing system of cost calculations of the construction company. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic concepts of costs, their concept and classification, cost calculations, calculation systems, calculation methods and calculation formulas are analyzed. These concepts are then used in the practical part of the work, in which the construction company and the existing cost calculation are described. Furthermore, an analysis of direct and indirect costs is carried out, and the possibilities of reducing direct costs and modifying the system of cost calculations are proposed. At the end of the thesis, an economic evaluation of the proposed system is carried out by calculating costs.
