Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním částí vymáhání pohledávek dle Zákona o správě daní a poplatků a Daňového řádu. Zákon o správě daní a poplatků platil do 31.12.2010 a Daňový řád začal platit od 1.1.2011. Předmětem této práce je porovnání změn, které nastaly letošním rokem v krocích při vymáhání pohledávek finančních a státních úřadů. This bachelor thesis is devoted to the comparison of parts of debt collection according to the Act on the Administration of Taxes and Fees and the Tax Code. The Act on the Administration of Taxes and Fees was valid until 31 December 2010 and the Tax Code has been valid since 1 January 2011.
