Podnikatelský plán na otevření specializované asijské prodejny Vietland

Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je vypracovat udržitelný a realizovatelný podnikatelský plán na otevření specializované asijské prodejny Vietland v Praze. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Zatímco teoretická část se zaměřuje na definice relevantních pojmů (např. Podnikání, PESTEL analýza nebo Business Model Canvas) a především vysvětluje podnikání z různých úhlů, praktická část se zabývá samotnou implementací projektu Vietland. Podnikatelský plán je sestaven ve standardní struktuře včetně externí a interní analýzy trhu. Průzkum trhu byl proveden dotazníkem, který prokázal nedostatek specializovaných asijských prodejen na českém trhu mezi místními obyvateli. Pro zjištění atraktivity a ziskovosti daného obchodního konceptu jsem použil Porterovu analýzu 5 sil. Celkově se podnikatelský plán skládá z popisu společnosti a produktu, interní a externí analýzy, navržení marketingové strategie a finančního plánu apod. V závěru mohu říci, že podnikatelský plán k otevření specializované asijské prodejny je pro zakladatele životaschopný a má potenciál přinést positivní finanční prostředky.

Abstract:

This thesis aims to develop a sustainable and feasible business plan to establish a specialized Asian store called Vietland in Prague. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. While the theoretical part focuses on definitions of various concepts and tools relevant to the business plan (e.g. Entrepreneurship, PESTEL, Business Model Canvas), the practical part deals with the implementation of the business itself. The business plan is compiled in a standard structure, including the external and internal analysis of the market. The market research was carried out by a questionnaire, which has proved the lack of specialized Asian stores in the Czech market among local residents. To determine the attractivity and profitability of the given business concept, I have applied Porter’s 5 Forces analysis. All in all, the business plan consists of the company and product description, Industry and External analysis, proposed marketing strategy and financial plan. The final output of the thesis shows that the business concept of a specialized Asian store is viable and profitable for the founders.
