Utilization of modern web technologies for development of prototype type CRM for small businesses

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je věnována oblasti informačních systémů zaměřených na komunikaci se zákazníky. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout a vyvinout prototyp lehké, typové a moderní webové aplikace, která ulehčí komunikaci se zákazníky v malých podnicích služeb. Mezi dílčí cíle patří identifikování specifik informačních systémů a způsobu jejich vývoje, zhodnocení aktuální situace na trhu se systémy pro řízení vztahů se zákazníky (CRM), zhodnocení a zpracování požadavků na aplikaci a návrh aplikace, dále pak vytvoření architektury aplikace, programování aplikace, důkladné otestování aplikace, nasazení aplikace, a nakonec ověření naplnění stanovených cílů.Prací je čtenář veden postupně jednotlivými etapami od teoretické problematiky informačních systému, přes vysvětlení technologií, na kterých jsou dnešní webové aplikace vytvářeny. V závěrečné etapě práce jsou tyto zkušenosti zkombinovány pro vytvoření prototypu typového CRM. V práci jsou také popsána a porovnána již existující řešení této problematiky.

Abstract:

The master thesis is dedicated to the area of information system with a focus on communication with customers. The main goal is to design and code prototype lightweight, type and modern architected web app, that can help be more efficient in communication between business and customers in small companies. The thesis sub-objectives are evaluation current market status with Customer relationship management systems (CRM's), identify specifications of type applications and the way they are developed. Application requirements evaluation, application architecture creation, programming, testing and implementation. Last but not least is verification of established goals. Readers are guided in thesis gradually from theoretic part where information systems problematic is explained, technologies that are used to develop modern web apps are described and in the final part of the thesis, acquired knowledge from the previous chapters is used for creation of prototype new components for CRM application. In the thesis are also described and compared already existing solutions of this problem.
