Anotace:

The aim of this thesis is to analyze and compare the Innovations of an established company and to create guide line for other selected company. Based on review of the literature, the theoretical part characterizes concepts such as innovation, innovation activities, types of innovation and also the nature of the selected gaming companies and their innovation activities. The practical portion focuses on the innovation audit of a chosen organization, as well as a review of innovation activities, forms of innovation, and barriers inside the chosen company. The priority will be on doing all of the essential analysis to understand the Business innovation of selected company. The outcome of the thesis will be guidelines helping selected company in innovation activity leading to greater competitiveness.
