Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá souvislostmi mezi genovými mutacemi a vývojovými a funkčními vadami spermií. Mužskou neplodnost ovlivňuje jak množství, tak kvalita spermií. Spermatogeneze je velmi složitý proces, na kterém se podílí velké množství genů, tudíž mužská neplodnost představuje značně geneticky heterogenní onemocnění. This bachelor thesis deals with the relationship between gene mutations and developmental and functional defects of sperm. Male infertility is affected by both sperm count and quality. Spermatogenesis is a very complex process involving a large number of genes, which means that male infertility corresponds to a highly genetically heterogeneous disease.
