Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá ohodnocením projektu zavedení nové řady výrobků na trh. K tomuto projektu byla využita nejprve metoda čisté současné hodnoty a následně metoda reálných opcí. Projekt a hodnota opce byla vyhodnocena binomickou metodou. K investičnímu rozhodnutí pak byla použita metoda jednoleté a nekonečné opce. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on evaluation of the project, related to the implementation of the new product series to the market. To this project was used at first traditional method based on net present value, consequently method based on real option. The project and option value was valuated by binomical free.
