Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá vybranými sedmnácti druhy jedlých květů. Konkrétně jde o květy aksamitníku, astry, begónie, denivky, fialky, fuchsie, hledíku, hvozdíku, lichořeřišnice, chrpy, chryzantémy, karafiátu, kopretiny, macešky, měsíčku, růže a sedmikrásky.V současné době se rozvíjí zájem o opětovnou konzumaci jedlých květů. Abstract:
This thesis deals with some seventeen species of edible flowers. Specifically flowers of tagetes, asters, begonias, daylily, viola, fuchsia, snap-dragon, dianthus, canary creeper cornflower, chrysanthemum, carnation, marguerite, pansies, marigolds, roses and daisies.
