Abstract:

Tématem této práce jsou strategie a nástroje zvládání práce krizových interventů v olomouckém charitním centru krizové pomoci. Cílem je zjistit jaké strategie a nástroje používají krizoví interventi v centru krizové pomoci Charity Olomouc při zvládání jejich pracovní zátěže. Výsledky tohoto výzkumu mohou být užitečné nejen pro budoucí krizové interventy, pro jiná krizová centra, ale také pro samotné krizové centrum Charity Olomouc. Součástí této práce je mimo jiné popis krizové intervence, krize, copingu a popis krizového centra Charity Olomouc. V druhé části práce je zpracován kvalitativní výzkum, ke konci práce jsou uvedeny jeho výsledky.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is: The Strategies and Tools for Coping of Crisis Intervention Workers in the Emergency Assistance Centre in Charity Olomouc. The aim of this thesis is to find out which strategies and tools are used by crisis intervention workers in the Emergency Assistance Centre of Charity Olomouc. The results of this research can be useful not only for future crisis intervention workers, but also for other crisis centres, also for emergency assistance centre of Charity Olomouc. In one part of this work is described crisis intervention, crisis, coping and also described is Emergency Assistance Centre of Charity Olomouc. In the second part is a qualitative research, and at the end of the thesis are its results.
