Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce jsou techniky zobrazování biomolekul a buněk pomocí mikroskopie atomárních sil (AFM). V teoretické části je popsán samotný AFM mikroskop a jeho principy, postupy modifikací substrátů a jednotlivé techniky imobilizací biomolekul a buněk. The main theme of this bachelor thesis are imaging techniques of biomolecules and cells by atomic force microscopy (AFM). In the theoretical part is describe AFM with its principles, processes of substrate modifications and the individual immobilisation techniques of biomolecules and cells.
