Základem mé bakalářské práce je má pětiletá zainteresovanost ve vybrané obchodní jednotce Albert, Suchovrbenské náměstí v Českých Budějovicích. Tato obchodní jednotka je zdrojem potřebných informací ke splnění daného cíle. Díky zde získaným podkladům mohu detailně charakterizovat systém řízení zásob této filiálky. This thesis is based on my five year’s work at Albert at Suchovrbenske square in Ceske Budejovice. This trade branch was my main source of information for this work. Thank to this information I can characterize the system of inventory management in detail. The thorough analysis of all activities enables me to get into the problem deeply.
