Bezdrátové senzorové sítě jsou typicky silně distribuované sítě s mnoha jednotlivými zařízeními. V našem výzkumu se soustředíme na sítě s desítkami až tisíci jednotlivých uzlů, které spolu komunikují rádiem. Jednotlivé uzly jsou obvykle co nejmenší a nejlevnější a jsou omezeny v několika směrech, především s ohledem na energii a utajenou komunikaci. Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are typically highly distributed networks with many individual devices. In our research, we consider networks with tens up to thousands of individual nodes that communicate with each other over radio.
