Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kariérního vývoje učitele mateřské školy. Cílem je popsat vývoj profesní kariéry učitele mateřské školy. V teoretické části jsou sumarizovány poznatky o profesi a o vývoji profesní dráhy učitele. Druhá, empirická část je věnována kvalitativně orientovanému výzkumu a jeho interpretaci. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of career development of a kindergarten teacher. The aim is to describe the development of the professional career of a kindergarten teacher.
