Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem na snížení spotřeby elektrické energie na výrobních linkách L1 až L6 ve společnosti KONE Industrial koncern s.r.o. Jedná se o zhodnocení stávajícího stavu těchto výrobních linek pro mechanickou úpravu plechů z pohledu spotřeby elektrické energie. Dále je v této práci pojednáváno o návrzích, které by měly snížit zmíněnou spotřebu elektrické energie a tím zajistit úspornější provoz těchto výrobních linek. V poslední řadě je ekonomické zhodnocení návrhu, který vyhodnocuje případné odhadované pořizovací náklady na optimální provoz s vypočtenou návratností.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal to reduce the consumption of electric power on production lines L1 to L6 in the company KONE Industrial - koncern s.r.o. This is an evaluation of the current state of these production lines for the mechanical treatment of sheets in terms of electricity consumption. In addition, this thesis discusses proposals designed to reduce the consumption of electricity and thereby ensure a more efficient operation of these production lines. Last but not least, there is an economic assessment of the proposal that evaluates the estimated estimated cost of optimal operation with a calculated return.
