Abstract:

Diplomová práce ,,Projevy potřeby moci u tělesně postižené osoby v Centru denních služeb“ je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části se pojednává o tělesně postižených osobách, o významu práce sociálního pedagoga s touto cílovou skupinou, o motivaci lidského jednání a moci a závěrem o vztahu mezi pracovníkem v pomáhající profesi a klientem. Ve výzkumné části nahlížíme na projevy potřeby moci u klientky Centra denních služeb optikou kvalitativního výzkumného šetření a strategií případové studie. Data jsou získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se samotnou klientkou a třemi sociálními pracovnicemi, které s klientkou pracovaly. Rozhovory následně byly zanalyzovány pomocí fenomenologické interpretativní analýzy. Pro vytvoření anamnézy byl použit také dotazník realizovaný s matkou klientky. Výsledky analýzy zachycují zkušenost pracovnic s projevy chování klientky v samotné sociální službě a na veřejnosti a samotnou zkušenost klientky, která otevřeně vypovídá o svých projevech chování a pocitech. Následně výzkum identifikuje, pomocí zpětného opření se o mocenské teorie, klíčové projevy potřeby moci klientky vůči sociálním pracovnicím z Centra denních služeb, ostatním uživatelům této sociální služby a rodinným příslušníkům.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis “Incidence of the need of power in a disabled person in Daily activities centre” is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with physically disabled people, about the importance of social educator’s work with this target group, about motivation of human behaviour and power and also about the relationship between an assisting profession worker and a client. In the practical part, we focus on the incidence of the need of power in a female client of the Daily activities centre through the case study strategy and qualitative research. The research data were gathered in semi-structured interviews with the client herself and three female social workers who had been working with her. Subsequently, the interviews were analysed through the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA).Also, a questionnaire for the client’s mother has been used to gather the data for the anamnesis. The results of the analysis depict the workers’ experience with the client’s behaviour both in the social service environment and in public and the experience of the client herself as she’s openly talking about her behaviour and feelings. Based on the theories of power, the research subsequently identifies the key incidences of the need of power of the client towards the female social workers in the Daily activities centre, other clients of the centre and her family members.
