Abstract:
Předložená práce se zabývá studiem povrchů mechanickým profilometrem. Profilometr je přístroj, který hrotem snímá tvar a nerovnosti povrchu v řádu nanometrů. Přístroj jsme použili pro změření profilů struktur rezistorů vyleptaných do hliníkových vrstev deponovaných na křemíkové desky, za účelem zjištění tloušťky deponované vrstvy. Abstract:
This work deals with study of surfaces by mechanical profilometer. Profilometer is a device, which scans shape and roughness (irregularities) of surfaces in scale of nanometers. We used this device to measure profiles of resistor structures etched into aluminium layers deposited on silicon wafers with objective of detecting the thickness of deposited layer.
