The anti-extremist policy of the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu protiextremistické politiky České republiky, včetně definice klíčových pojmů jako extremismus, protiextremistické politiky a koncept militantní demokracie. Podrobně zkoumá legislativní rámec v České republice a v praktické části provede srovnání dosahu konceptu militantní demokracie v českém a německém prostředí, ilustrované konkrétními příklady reálných kazuistik.

This thesis examines the counter-extremist policy of the Czech Republic including the definition of key terms such as extremism, counter-extremist policie and the concept of militant democracy.
