Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je rozhodování rozhodčího ve fotbale. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké faktory jsou nejpodstatnějším pro správné rozhodnutí. Práci jsem rozdělil na dvě části, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřil na jeden z nejdůležitějších faktorů – psychickou odolnost. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the decision-making of a referee in football. The aim of the work is to find out what factors are the most important for the right decision.
