Diplomová práca sa venuje problematike rizikového a rozvojového kapitálu, ktorý je súčasťou private equity, čo je označenie pre alternatívny druh financovania. Vstupom rizikového a rozvojového kapitálu do podniku sa navýši jeho základné imanie. Zároveň sa investor stáva spoluvlastníkom podniku až do doby, keď svoj podiel odpredá.
