Selected health exercises for preschool children

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zdravotním cvičením a jeho zařazením do skupiny dětí předškolního věku a jeho využitím při volnočasových aktivitách cílové skupiny. Bakalářská práce shrnuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti zdravotního cvičení a je zde vytvořen soubor vhodně motivovaných zdravotních cvičení a návrhů cvičebních jednotek pro dětí předškolního věku. Vybraná zdravotní cvičení mohou inspirovat cvičitele v mateřských centrech, nebo učitele v mateřských školkách. Teoretická východiska shrnují základní pojmy z oblasti zdravotní tělesné výchovy a zahrnují charakteristiku období předškolního věku. Dále se v této kapitole zabýváme individuálně optimálním držením těla a vadami pohybového aparátu cílové skupiny dětí a možnostmi jejich korekce vhodným cvičením. Hlavní část obsahuje zásobník cviků obsahující vybraná zdravotní cvičení a návrhy cvičebních jednotek s prvky zdravotního cvičení s motivačními prvky.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis examines health exercises, it´s classifying in the groups of preschool children and it's use in leisure activities of these groups. This work summarizes theoretical findings from health exercises and it creates a fitting set of the suitable, motivating health exercises and proposals of exercise units for children of a pre-school age. The chosen health exercises can be inspiring for trainers, instructors or teachers in kindergartens. The theoretical foundations summarize basic terms of healthy physical education and include characteristic of pre-school period. This chapter also examines the right body posture and the defects of musculoskeletal system including it's rectification by suitable exercises of the targeted children groups. The main part of this thesis contains the set of exercises including chosen health exercises and the proposals of exercise units with elements of health exercises and proper motivational elements.
