Abstract:

Stavebně technický průzkum a následná studie využití historického objektu je velice zajímavý a náročný úkol. Stavebně technický průzkum nám přináší poznatky o techickém stavu objektu, vyzdvihuje jeho cenné prvky architektonické, urbanistické i historické a naopak poukazuje na chyby, které se v objektu vyskytují. Po vybrání objektu renesančního zámku v Komařicích přišlo na řadu určení vhodné metodiky zpracování bakalářské práce. Metodikou vhodnou pro tuto práci se jevila matoda sběru dat analýzou dokumentů a pozorováním. Tímto byl základ pro zpracování studie využití připraven. Studie využití udává informaci o budoucím využití objektu, které je vhodné dle názoru autora práce. Cílem bylo reagovat na výše uvedené náležitosti a formulovat přidanou hodnotu objektu, která vychází z jeho geografických, historických, architektonických, urbanistických a v neposlední řadě sociálních návazností. Tyto aspekty jsem aplikoval co nejpečlivěji a s vědomím o dané problematice. Výsledný stavebně technický průzkum a studie využití splnily mé cíle.

Abstract:

Technical building exploration with ensuing study of using historical building is very interesting and exasting task. Technical building exploration brings us the knowledge about technical condition of the building, lays stress on architectural, urban and historical treasures of the building and also refers us to mistakes which are contained in the exploring building. When I have chosen the historical building of Renaissance palace in Komařice, the next had to be determine suitable method to my bachelor´s work. The useful method for my work became the collection of informations, documents analysis and obsevation of building and building´s surroundings. This way was prepared the basement of my bachelor´s work. The study of using the historical building gives the information how is possible to use the building in a future according to the author of bachelar´s work. The goal was in the reactions to the results of analysis and observations, and makes a form of value of the building which is born from its geografical, historical, architectural, urban and not at last social continuity. These aspects I applied carefuly and with kowledge about the problem. The final results of technical research of the building and the study of using the building comply my visions.
