Study of primary commodities on properties of oxycellulose

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce bylo studium problematiky oxidace celulózy a jednotlivých kroků při její výrobě. Jedná se o derivát celulózy, který díky svým výjimečným vlastnostem má nenahraditelné místo na trhu. Vzorky byly po dodání rozděleny podle toho, z jakého stupně výroby pocházely. Nejprve se stanovily veličiny u původních vzorků, a ty pak byly následně rozděleny na dvě poloviny. Jedna polovina byla uložena v lednici, při 4-5°C a bez přístupu slunečního záření. Druhá polovina vzorků byla uložena při pokojové teplotě, za přístupu slunečního záření. Poté u nich bylo experimentálně stanovováno jejich složení a sledováno, jak se v průběhu času měnilo. Tímto zkoumáním byl získán bližší přehled o vlastnostech celulózy od počátku výroby až po finální výrobek, tj. oxycelulózy a získaná možnost diskutovat následné využití těchto poznatků do budoucna.

Abstract:

The purpose of the thesis was to study the problems of oxidation of cellulose and various steps during its production. This is a cellulose derivative which, thanks to its unique properties is irreplaceable in the market. The samples were divided after the delivery. It depended on the phase of production, in which they had come from . First, the values of the original samples were determined, and these were then subsequently divided into two halfes. One half was stored in the refrigerator at 4-5 ° C, without access to the sunlight. The second half of the samples were stored at room temperature, with access to the sunlight. Then their compositions were experimentally determining and their changes over time were monitoring. By this research a more detailed overview on the properties of the cellulose from the beginning of production to the final product was gained, i.e. oxycellulose and gained possibility to discuss the subsequent use of this knowledge in the future.
