Information and Education as a Tool for faster Development of Commercial Subject
Abstract:
Má bakalářská práce se zabývá významem informace, která je jedním z klíčových zdrojů každé organizace. Ne všechny firmy si mohou dovolit investovat do rozvoje lidských zdrojů, proto se zaměřuji na možnosti podpory státu či jiných organizací v této oblasti. Průzkum vzdělávání u daných subjektů ukáže, zda je rozvoj zaměstnanců podporován a jaké metody vzdělávání jsou používány.
Abstract:
My thesis is dealing with importance of information - one of the key sources of each organisation. Investments into human resources development are for some companies overstated. That is the reason why i would like to concentrate into searching for alternative solutions such is support of the government or other institutions in the area.
