Information Interaction in Public Space
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje informačním interakcím ve veřejném prostoru, které zkoumá v rámci jedné výzkumné sondy interagování studujících cestujících v nádražní hale s informacemi ze zvukového hlášení. Práce propojuje obor informační vědy s urbanismem a metodologicky využívá poznatků z oblasti designu služeb.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on information interactions in public space, exploring in research of the interaction of studying passengers in a railway station with information from an audio announcement. The thesis links the field of information science with urban planning and methodologically uses insights from the field of service design.
