Influence of component position during DMLS printing process on quality and mechanical properties

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá vlivem polohy na tiskové platformě na výslednou kvalitu a mechanické vlastnosti komponenty, která je vyráběná technologií DMLS. V teoretické části práce je popsána aditivní výroba, technologie DMLS a uvedena analýza současného stavu, především technologických aspektů, které mají vliv na výsledné vlastnosti tištěných dílů. V praktické části jsou pak popsány 4 experimenty a na nich je demonstrováno, jak významný vliv má umístění dílů na jejich výsledné mechanické vlastnosti a povrchovou kvalitu.

Abstract:

This work deals with the influence of the position of the component in the DMLS printing process on the quality and mechanical properties. The theoretical part of the work describes the additive production and DMLS technology, then there is an analysis of the current state of technological aspects that affect the resulting properties. In the practical part, 4 experiments are performed, in these experiments it is found out what effect of position in DMLS technology has on the resulting mechanical properties and quality.
