Podstatou této diplomové práce je evaluace projektů financovaných z Regionálního operačního programu regionu soudržnosti Střední Morava. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické části a praktické části. Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice regionální politiky, a to jak na úrovni Evropské unie, tak na národní úrovni. The essence of the thesis is the evaluation of projects financed by the Regional Operational Program NUTS II Central Moravia. The thesis is consists of two parts, theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of regional policy at the European Union level and national level.
